Warranty, Returns & Refund Policy

Warranty

  • Warranty is provided only for the motor and battery.
  • Warranty is available only on selected brands and products. Not every brand or model is covered by warranty.
  • Warranty coverage and duration may vary depending on the brand, model, and applicable product warranty terms.
  • Proof of purchase may be required to make a warranty claim.
  • Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications or repairs, water damage, or normal wear and tear.

Returns

  • Return requests must be made at the time of delivery or immediately upon receiving the item.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The original packaging must remain unopened, untouched, and undamaged.
  • Products with opened, damaged, tampered-with, or altered original packaging will not be accepted for return.
  • Return and delivery charges are the customer's responsibility and must be paid by the customer.
  • Customers must contact Ride N Drift and receive return approval before sending an item back.
  • Used, assembled, modified, damaged, or otherwise altered products are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once a return has been approved and the product has been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed through the original payment method.
  • The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account depends on the bank, card issuer, payment provider, or banking system processing time.
  • Ride N Drift is not responsible for delays caused by the customer's bank, card issuer, payment provider, or banking system after the refund has been processed.
  • Any applicable delivery or return charges paid by the customer are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
